STOP PHYSICIAN ASSISTED SUICIDE IN NEW YORK: Take Action Now

New York is on the brink of legalizing physician-assisted suicide. Bill A136 has already passed the Senate and Assembly. The only thing standing in its way is Governor Hochul's veto — and she needs to hear from you. Please contact her office to voice your opposition to this harmful legislation. She has until the end of the year to sign the bill. Suicide is not healthcare. Thank you.

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP:

for the August 17 Bulletin

As we enjoy the beauties of the natural world  we know creation is more than just scenery, it’s a sacred gift. To care for it is to honor the gift. Disregarding or abusing it is a form of ingratitude. Just as we show respect for a painting by caring for the canvas and frame, so too do we show reverence for God by tending to His masterpiece.

NEW

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP:

for the August 24 Bulletin

We experience every day how life is intertwined with water, land, air and the creatures of the earth. They aren’t abstract concepts; they are neighbors in the shared household of God’s creation. How does my life reflect a realization of this truth?
