APPLICATION

Anyone can receive the Pope Francis Green Apple Award!  Awards will be announced during the month of May.  Green Apple Award projects will be shared with the parishes and schools in the Diocese of Ogdensburg and the Diocese of Syracuse, so that we can learn from each other!

Each team member (including the Group Contact/Team Leader) needs to fill in their own application, but only the team leader needs to upload the project. Youths under Age 18 will need parents to complete application and permissions for their child.

agree that by submitting this application for the Green Apple Award, my child's submission will encourage action steps to care for God's creation and that the Diocese of Ogdensburg / Syracuse shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the Work and rights of in the Work submitted, including but not limited to the copyright. This includes permission to display, distribute, publish, transmit or otherwise use material in media that includes, but is not limited to, printed materials such as brochures, newsletters, newspapers, videos, website, and social media sites.

I grant permission to the Diocese of Ogdensburg/Syracuse to announce my child receiving the Green Apple Award on the Diocesan website and in the North Country Catholic newspaper and/or the Catholic Sun newspaper (print and electronic versions).
